Allotment of Ordinary Shares

The Board of Foresight 4 VCT is pleased to announce that in accordance with the terms of the Offer for Subscription dated 3 December 2012 (the "Offer") that 192,359 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in Foresight 4 VCT plc were allotted on 2 April 2013 based on an issue price of 92.6 pence per share.
Application has been made for the admission of the 192,359 Ordinary Shares of 1 pence each in Foresight 4 VCT plc to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities.

Total shares allotted to date under the Offer by the Company now total 1,042,791 Ordinary Shares. Following this allotment there are now 38,576,950 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in issue.
