Interim Management Statement for the Quarter Ended 31 May 2009
Foresight 4 VCT plc presents its interim management statement for the quarter ended 31 May 2009. This constitutes the company's first interim management statement for the financial year ending 28 February 2010, as required by the UK Listing Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rule 4.3.
The unaudited net asset value (NAV) per ordinary share as at 31 May 2009 was 100.9p (28 February 2009: 96.2p). The Board is not aware of any other significant events or transactions between the date of the NAV and the date of publication of this Interim Management Statement.
The number of ordinary shares in issue at 31 May 2009 was 24,554,375. During the three months ended 31 May 2009 1,121,409 shares were issued and no shares were re-purchased by the company for cancellation.
