announce  that the unaudited  net asset value  prior today's allotment of shares
under  the  Linked  Offer  for  Subscription  are  96.4p per  Ordinary Share for
Foresight 3 VCT plc and 107.8p per Ordinary Share for Foresight 4 VCT plc.
