The  Boards  of  Foresight  3 VCT  plc  and  Foresight  4 VCT plc are pleased to
announce that the unaudited net asset value prior to today's allotment of shares
under  the  Linked  Offer  for  Subscription  are  102.8p per Ordinary Share for
Foresight 3 VCT plc and 113.2p per Ordinary Share for Foresight 4 VCT plc.
