The board of John Laing Environmental Assets Group Limited (the "Company") announces that on 23 November 2015, Richard Morse, non-executive chairman of the Company acquired 23,250 ordinary shares of no par value in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 105.249p per share. Following this transaction, Mr Morse's total holding in the Company amounts to 83,042 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.
