Transaction in Own Shares and Total Voting Rights
The Board of JLEN announces that on 4 September 2024 the Company purchased for treasury 550,000 ordinary shares of 1p each, at a price of 95.46p per share.
Following the transaction, JLEN's issued share capital comprises:
659,381,229 shares (excluding treasury shares)
2,150,000 shares held in treasury
661,531,229 shares (including treasury shares)
Following this transaction, the Company has 659,381,229 ordinary shares with voting rights in issue. The above figure (659,381,229) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

About JLEN
JLEN's investment policy is to invest in a diversified portfolio of Environmental Infrastructure. Environmental Infrastructure is defined by the Company as infrastructure assets, projects and asset-backed businesses that utilise natural or waste resources or support more environmentally friendly approaches to economic activity, support the transition to a low carbon economy or which mitigate the effects of climate change. Such investments will typically feature one or more of the following characteristics:
· long-term, predictable cash flows, which may be wholly or partially inflation-linked cash flows;
· long-term contracts or stable and well-proven regulatory and legal frameworks; or
· well-established technologies, and demonstrable operational performance
JLEN's aim is to provide investors with a sustainable, progressive dividend per share, paid quarterly and to preserve the capital value of the portfolio over the long term on a real basis. The target dividend for the year to 31 March 2025 is 7.80 pence per share¹. The dividend is payable quarterly.
