("Focus Solutions" or the "Company")
Additional Listing and Total Voting Rights
Application has been made for the admission on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock Exchange ("AIM") of 7,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares").
The Ordinary Shares have been issued pursuant to the exercise of 7,000 options by an employee. Admission is expected to become effective on 2 November 2010.
The Ordinary Shares will, on admission to AIM, rank pari passu with and will be identical in all respects to, the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.
Following the Admission, for the purposes of Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company's total issued share capital consists of 29,753,010 ordinary shares of 10p each, with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 29,753,010.
The above figure of 29,753,010 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
