                    Focus announces new Finance Director

Focus Solutions Group plc ("Focus", "Company"), the specialist provider of sales
automation solutions for the financial services industry, announces today that
Martin Clements has been appointed to the Board as Finance Director, with
immediate effect.

Martin Clements,(39 years), brings in depth experience of developing software
businesses both in the UK and internationally.  Before joining Focus, he spent
five years as Finance Director for Bond International Software plc, an Aim
listed software company with operations in the UK, North America, Australia and
South Africa.

Prior to this he was Finance Director for the Technical Services Division of
Eurobell Holdings plc, following eight years with Vickers plc, where he held a
number of senior financial positions including Finance Director of Vickers
Medical Limited and Finance Director of Vickers Aerospace Components.  He is a
Chartered Accountant, qualifying with Spicer and Oppenheim (now Deloitte &
Touche).

The current Finance Director, Sue Hele, has stepped down from the Board today
but will continue to provide support for the Group within the Finance
department.

Other than the directorship disclosed in this announcement, there are no matters
requiring disclosure for Martin Clements in respect of Schedule Two, paragraph
(f) of the AIM rules save his full name, Martin James Clements.
