                                Issue of Options

At a Board Meeting on 9 January 2006, approval was given for the granting of the
following options to directors:

Martin Clements (Finance Director) - 205,680 Ordinary Shares under the EMI scheme

The options were granted at 21 pence per share and may be exercised between
three and ten years after the date of the grant.

The options granted under the EMI scheme are subject to achieving performance
criteria relating to Earnings per Share set by the Company's Remuneration and
Nominations Committee.

Following the grant of the options, Martin Clements holds total options over
305,680 Ordinary Shares.
