The Company was informed yesterday that Alastair Taylor, non-executive chairman
of the Company, purchased 45,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in Focus yesterday
at a price of 17 pence per share. Following this transaction, Mr Taylor owns
150,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.52% of the issued share
capital.
