The Company has been informed that Alastair Taylor, chairman of the Company, 
yesterday purchased 40,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in Focus ("Ordinary 
Shares") at a price of 15 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transaction,
Mr Taylor owns 80,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.28% of the
Ordinary Share capital.
