The Company has been informed today that on 16th June 2006 Martin Clements,
Finance Director of the Company, purchased 49,850 ordinary shares of 10p each in
Focus at a price of 14.75 pence per ordinary share. Following this transaction,
Mr Clements owns 150,530 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.53% of
the ordinary share capital.
