The Company was informed yesterday that on 21 June 2006 Richard Stevenson, Chief
Executive of the Company, purchased 30,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in Focus
at a price of 14.75 pence per ordinary share. Following this transaction, Mr
Stevenson owns 30,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.11% of the
ordinary share capital.
