The Company was informed today that Frank Murray, Chief Technial Officer of the
Company, purchased 35,500 ordinary shares of 10p each in Focus at a price of
14.75 pence per ordinary share. Following this transaction, Mr Murray owns
54,400 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 0.19% of the ordinary share
capital.
