                               Director's Dealing

The Company was informed today that John Streets, a Non-Executive-Director of
the Company purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in Focus at a price of
14.75 pence per ordinary share. Following this transaction, Mr Street owns
8,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 29.68% of the entire
issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
