                            Director's Shareholding

The Company has been informed that Martin Fiennes, a non-executive Director of
the Company, has today bought 10,000 ordinary shares of 10p each ("Ordinary
Shares") at a price of 51p per Ordinary Share. Following this purchase Mr
Fiennes has a beneficial interest in 15,128 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.06%
of the issued Ordinary Share capital.
