The Company has been informed that John Streets, chief executive officer of the
Company has today purchased 50,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in Focus
("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 20 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this
transaction, Mr Streets owns 8,400,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company,
representing 29.33% of the Ordinary Share capital.
