                       Focus announces Directorate change
                                        
Focus, a leading provider of XML development software and solutions to the
retail financial services market, has announced the resignation of 
Mark Loosmore, current Business Development Director, who is leaving the Group
to pursue other career opportunities.

Mark joined Focus in 1998 as Sales and Partnerships Director and was appointed 
Business Development Director in April 2002, with responsibility for developing 
solutions and partnerships within the retail financial services marketplace.

Richard Stevenson, Chief Executive, Focus Solutions Group plc commented;

"Mark has had many successful years with the Group, contributing directly to the
growth and development of the business.  On behalf of all the staff, I would
like to wish Mark every success in the future and thank him for his hard work
and commitment throughout his time with Focus."

The Directors have been working over the past few months to ensure that the
Group has an effective sales team structure in place to carry the business
forward and today announce that David Brooks will be joining Focus Business
Solutions Limited to take responsibility for sales, marketing and business
development. David joins from the financial services division of Vertex and has
over 20 years experience working within the finance and IT industry.
