The  Company  was  notified  on 28 July  2000  by  Morley  Fund
Management  that, as a result of a purchase in  the  market  of
202,000  ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company  ('Ordinary
Shares'), Morley Fund Management are now interested in  798,000
Ordinary Shares, which represents 3.18 per cent. of the  issued
share capital of the Company.
