                  FOCUS SOLUTIONS GROUP PLC ('the Company')




The Company was notified on 21 May, 2001 by CGNU that whilst CGNU's total
holding in the Company remains unchanged, as a result of a re-distribution of
funds between material funds and funds not classed as material, Morley Fund
Management Limited (a subsidiary of CGNU plc) is now interested in 837,748
ordinary shares of 10p each ('Ordinary Shares'), which represents 3.34 per
cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
