The Company was informed on 27 February 2004 that, following the sale of
1,010,000 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), Active
Capital, a client of ISIS Asset Management Plc, has a material interest in
1,015,000 Ordinary Shares representing 3.57 per cent. of the Company's issued
ordinary share capital. The above shares are registered in the name of Chase
Nominees Ltd.
