Focus appoints two new non-executive directors
Focus Solutions Group plc ("Focus" or the "Group") announces today the
appointment of Alastair Taylor as deputy chairman and Lin Johnstone as a
non-executive director of the Group with immediate effect.
Alastair MacLeod Taylor, aged 53, was previously the President for the Global
Financial Services Industry for Unisys Corporation and a member of the Executive
Management Board. He has spent 30 years with Unisys and has held senior
executive positions in the UK and internationally. During this time he held
specific responsibility for the development of the life and pensions and
mortgages markets for Unisys.
Linda Francis Johnstone, aged 49, has 14 years experience of the customer
relationship management (CRM) and contact centre market. She was Vice President
UK for E.piphany Inc following its acquisition of Rightpoint Inc and oversaw its
initial entry to the UK market. Previously she spent 10 years with Aspect
Communications where she was Vice President for Europe, the Middle East and
Africa and three years with Datapoint as Operations Manager.

Alastair Taylor was previously a director of Unisys Ltd.
Lin Johnstone is a director of Evolve Software Europe Limited and Chief
Executive Officer and President of Industri-Matematik International. She was
previously a director of Aspect Telecommunications Corporation (now Aspect
Communications Corporation) and was Managing Director of Rightpoint Limited.
Save as disclosed above there are no other disclosures for either Alastair
Taylor or Lin Johnstone in respect of Schedule Two, paragraph (f) of the AIM
rules of the London Stock Exchange.
