Re Contract with HSBC

Focus Solutions Group PLC 27 November 2006 Focus Solutions Group plc ("Focus" or "the Group") Focus signs £6 million contract with HSBC Bank plc Focus, a leading provider of adaptive software solutions, has signed a £6 million contract with HSBC Bank plc for the development and supply of the first phase of a large-scale, multi-channel point of sale system, to support HSBC's multi-tie distribution channel for life, pensions and investment products. The majority of the contract value will be payable within the next 18 months and relates to the first major phase of a two phase programme. The full contract was awarded to Focus following its successful delivery of a development and consultancy project to scope the requirements for this major project for HSBC, earlier in the year.
