Trading update
Focus Solutions Group plc (AIM:FSG), a leading provider of proven enterprise solutions to the financial services market, today gives an update prior to the Group's Interim Results for the half year ended 30 September 2009.
The Board remains confident of achieving both revenue and profit expectations for the full year, although half year revenues will be down on the same period last year due to the timing of securing certain contracts. The Board also expects that it will report a profit for the half year, and net cash balances at 30 September 2009 were £2.5 million (at 30 September 2008: £2.2 million).
Richard Stevenson, CEO of Focus Solutions, commented: "Since the beginning of the year, the Group has continued to transform its business model towards recurring licence and transaction based revenues. The Group's prospect list remains strong and we are now starting to see this pipeline convert, including contracts that have been delayed, as we progress into the second half of the year."
The Group intends to announce its Interim Results on 1 December 2009.
