The Company announces that Peter Dicks, a Non-Executive Director of the Company and a person discharging managerial responsibilities in the Company ("PDMR"), has, on 31 August 2022, acquired 1,157 ordinary shares at a price of 122.13 pence per share and, on 29 November 2022, acquired 1,203 ordinary shares at a price of 119.28 pence per share.

In total, Peter Dicks will be interested in 81,838 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.0132% per cent of the Company's issued Ordinary Share capital.
