The board of Foresight Solar Fund Limited (the "Company") confirms that it is the Company's policy to invest no more than 15% of its gross assets in other listed closed-ended investment funds.  Accordingly, the Company's shares are an eligible investment, under LR15.4.5, for other listed closed-ended investment funds.
