Further to the announcement released on 5 April 2016, the 1,620,951 D ordinary shares of 1 pence each that were allotted on 5 April 2016 will be admitted to listing on the official list of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities  on 7 April 2016, not 6 April 2016 as previously stated.
