The Company announces that on 20 October 2003 it was notified that on 17 October
2003 BW Fairman, a director of the Company, sold 33,100 Ordinary Warrants at a
price of 30p per Ordinary Warrant.



Following this sale, BW Fairman has ceased to have an interest in the Ordinary
Warrants of the Company.
