Dividend Declaration


The Board of Foresight Technology VCT plc announces that further to the final
results announcement on 3 April 2006 the final dividend for the year ended 31
December 2005 of 0.50p per Ordinary Share payable on 26 May 2006 will have a
record date of 18 April 2006 and not 7 April 2006 as originally stated.
