Publication of Circular and Prospectus - Notice of General Meeting - Amendment

Further to the announcement released on 31 October 2014 in connection with the publication of a circular to shareholders of the Company including a notice of general meeting and a publication of a prospectus relating to an offer for subscription to raise in aggregate up to £20,000,000 by issues of Ordinary Shares, the Company must move the date of the general meeting at which the approval of shareholders to the proposals is to be sought from 12 noon on 2 December 2014 to 12.30 p.m. on 8 December 2014.

The meeting will be held at the offices of Foresight Group LLP, The Shard, 32 London Bridge Street, London SE1 9SG.

Shareholders will shortly receive a copy of a securities note (which, together with a summary and registration documents dated 31 October 2014, form the "Prospectus") and a copy of the circular convening the general meeting.
