TRANSACTION IN OWN SECURITIES

The Board of Foresight VCT plc announces that on 29 November 2011 the Company purchased for cancellation 31,600 Ordinary shares of 1p at a price of 95.5p per share.

Following these purchases there are now 28,296,381 Ordinary shares of 1p in issue.
