Allotment of Shares

Following the declaration of the 0.5p dividend on 3 April 2006 the Board
announces that 26,468 Ordinary Shares of 1.0 pence each in the Company have been
allotted under the Company's Dividend Reinvestment Scheme.

Application has been made for the admission of the 26,468 Ordinary Shares to the
Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock
Exchange plc's market for listed securities.

Following this allotment of shares the Company has 14,980,760 Ordinary Shares in
issue.
