Offer for Subscription up to 1,101,646 new Ordinary Shares and 3,304,938 new 'C'
Shares ('the Offer') dated 22 September 2003.

The Company announces that in connection with the Offer the following number of
shares were allotted on 5 April 2004:

51,014 new Ordinary Shares; and
153,042 new 'C' Shares.

and the following number of shares were allotted on 7 April 2004:

59,754 new Ordinary Shares; and
179,262 new 'C' Shares.

The total number of shares allotted under the Offer to date is as follows:

1,101,060 new Ordinary Shares; and
3,303,180 new 'C' Shares.

The Board announces that the above Offer for Subscription is closed for
acceptances at 4.30pm today, 7 April 2004.

Under this Offer for Subscription approximately £4.2 million was raised which
will be invested in line with the Company's investment policy.
