Purchase of Shares for Cancellation



The Company announces that it today purchased shares in the Company for
cancellation as follows: 44,534 ordinary shares at 64p per share and 50,000 'C'
shares at a price of 81p per share.



The number of shares now in issue is 15,674,292 ordinary shares and 36,344,390 '
C' shares.
