NOTICE OF 2022 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING ("AGM")

Forward Partners Group plc (LSE: FWD) the London-based investment firm specialising in supporting high growth, early-stage technology businesses, confirms that it has posted its Annual Report and Accounts for the twelve-month period ended 31 December 2021 (the 'Annual Report') and Notice of AGM to those shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies.

The notice of AGM is now available to view on the Company's website at https://forwardpartners.com/investor-centre .

The AGM will be held at the offices of Gowling WLG (UK) LLP, 4 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2AU on 15 August 2022 at 13.00.

Shareholders are welcome to attend the AGM in person. Should you wish to do so please notify the Company via Maitland/amo by emailing [e-mail] on or before 8 August 2022.

If for any reason circumstances change and, if it is appropriate, the Company will notify shareholders of any changes to the proposed format of the AGM as soon as possible.
