Notice of Electronic Communications
Franchise Brands plc, an international multi-brand franchise business, announces that it is writing to all registered shareholders today regarding its intention to adopt electronic communication methods for future shareholder documents. The Company's articles of association, which were adopted in July 2016, allow the Company to use electronic communication with shareholders.
A letter setting out the communication options available to shareholders is being sent to shareholders on the register as at 20 January 2023. Shareholders wishing to continue to receive shareholder documents in hard copy form will need to notify the Company's registrar, SLC Registrars, by no later than 20 February 2023, by completing the instructions within the letter.
Shareholders who do not return the response form by the designated date will be deemed to have consented to receiving shareholder documents by means of Franchise Brands' website at www.franchisebrands.co.uk and will no longer receive documents in hard copy form except for letters to notify them when a new document becomes available on the Company's website.

The Company believes that reducing the number of communications sent by post will not only result in cost savings but will also reduce the environmental impact of printing and distributing documents.
