Total Voting Rights

Franchise Brands plc (AIM: FRAN), a multi-brand franchise business, announces that the issued share capital of the Company at the date of this announcement comprises 79,710,757 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence ("Ordinary Shares"), each with one voting right . The Company holds   25,000  Ordinary Shares in treasury and t herefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 79,685,757. 

The figure of  79,685,757 should be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
