Notification of interests of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and connected persons ("PDMRs")

Grant of awards

The Company announces that on 22 August 2011 each of the Directors and Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility (PDMR) listed below were granted awards in the form of nil cost options over ordinary shares in the Company under the Company's Executive Bonus Share Scheme (the "Scheme"). 

For the awards to become exercisable the Company must attain the following EBITDA targets:

2012 EBITDA of £215m

2013 EBITDA of £250m

2014 EBITDA of £260m

2015 EBITDA of £300m

Subject to the satisfaction of the performance conditions each award will vest and become exercisable in 2017.

The Company intends to make further awards under the 2011 Employee Bonus Share scheme over a maximum of 30 million shares with the same EBITDA targets.
