Issue of Equity

The Company announces that application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for 150,000 new ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company to be admitted to the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for listed securities. The shares have been previously issued as part of the remuneration package for Keith Hellawell, Non-Executive Chairman.

It is expected that admission will take place and dealings will commence in such new ordinary shares on the 25 July 2011.  Following this there will be 576,602,369 ordinary shares in issue.
