Sports Direct International plc ("Sports Direct" or "the Company") announces that it now holds the following economic interests in US strategic investments.

·        5,664,115 shares in Iconix Brand Group Inc., representing 8.6% of the issued common stock of that company.

·        Sports Direct has fully disposed of its interest in Finish Line Inc.
