Voting Rights and Capital as at 2 March 2007.

This announcement is made in accordance with DTR 5.6.

On 2 March 2007 Sports Direct International plc was admitted to trading on the
London Stock Exchange.

As at 2 March 2007 Sports Direct International plc's issued share capital
consisted of 673,560,000 ordinary shares of 10p each with voting rights.

Therefore the total number of voting rights in Sports Direct International plc
is 673,560,000.

The above figure (673,560,000) may be used by shareholders as the denominator
for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Sports Direct International
plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
