Frenkel Topping Group plc (the 'Company') announces that David Southworth, a
director of the Company, has transferred 200,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in
the capital of the Company ('Ordinary Shares') representing 0.36% of the issued
share capital of the Company into his SIPP at a price of 14.5p per share.
Following this transaction, David Southworth remains beneficially interested in
1,033,333 Ordinary Shares, representing 1.89% of the issued share capital.
