Frenkel Topping Group plc (the "Company") announces that, on 25 March 2011, it received notification that on the same day, David Southworth, a director of the Company and his wife Pamela Southworth, each purchased 25,000 ordinary shares of 0.5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 8.50p per share and 50,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 9.00p per share.  Following these transactions, David Southworth is now beneficially interested in 7,220,000 Ordinary Shares representing 13.16% of the issued share capital of the Company.
