Frenkel Topping Group plc (AIM: FEN) announces that Tim Linacre, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 20,000 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 29 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Transaction").

Following the Transaction, Mr Linacre's interest in the Company is 30,000 Ordinary Shares of 0.5 pence each, representing 0.03% of the issued share capital of the Company.
