At the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on 26 July 2004, the
Ordinary Resolutions were duly passed.


The Company's entire issued share capital of 45,599,614 Ordinary Shares was
admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market ('AIM') of the London
Stock Exchange today.
