Conversion Rate for Final Dividend
Further to the announcement of the results of Fresnillo plc ("the Company") for the year ended 31 December 2016 released on 28 February 2017, the directors of the Company have determined that the exchange rate to be applied to the final dividend is 1.2920 US$/GB£. The sterling equivalent of the final dividend of 21.5 US cents per share announced on 28 February 2017 will be 16.6409 pence per share.
The final dividend will be paid on 28 May 2017 to shareholders on the register on 26 April 2017.
