Conversion Rate for 2023 Final Dividend
Further to the release of the results of Fresnillo plc (the "Company") for the year ended 31 December 2023 on 5 March 2024, the directors of the Company have determined that the exchange rate applicable to the 2023 final dividend is 1.23315 US$/GB£. The sterling equivalent of the final dividend of 4.20 US cents per share announced on 5 March will therefore be 3.4059 pence per share.
The final dividend will be paid on 29 May 2024 to shareholders on the register on 19 April 2024.
