Conversion Rate for Special Dividend
Further to the announcement of the results of Fresnillo plc ("the Company") for the six-months ended 30 June 2014 released on 5 August 2014, the directors of the Company have determined that the exchange rate to be applied to the special dividend is 1.6723 US$/GB£. The sterling equivalent of the special dividend of 5.0 US cents per share announced on 5 August 2014 will be 2.9899 pence per share.
The special dividend will be paid on 11 September 2014 to shareholders on the register on 15 August 2014.
