Board changes
Frontier IP, a specialist in commercialising intellectual property, announces that Andrew Richmond, currently Non-Executive Chairman, will be stepping down from the board of Frontier IP having served on the board for more than 11 years. Andrew will remain on the board until the Company's next annual general meeting ("AGM"), expected to be held in December 2023, where he will not seek re-election as a director.
Dame Julia King, Baroness Brown of Cambridge, who joined the Frontier IP board of directors in October 2021 and is currently the Senior Independent Director on the board, will assume the role of Chair with effect from the conclusion of the forthcoming AGM.
Andrew Richmond, Chair, said: "It has been an immense privilege to serve on the board of such an exciting company and to witness the Group's growth during my time here. Julia has already proved to be an invaluable member of the board. In the two years she has been with us, she has put her extensive experience and knowledge of industry, academic and the political world to Frontier IP's great benefit. The Group will be in capable hands."
Neil Crabb, Frontier IP Chief Executive Officer, said: "I would like to take this opportunity to thank Andrew for his service, support, and counsel over the years of our growth and wish him every success for the future. I also look forward to welcoming Julia as Chair for the next phase of our evolution."
