Additional Listing

On 15 February 2006 the company made an application for 85,481 ordinary shares
of 1p each to be admitted to AIM.  This was incorrect and should have been made
for 63,258 Ordinary Shares of 1p each.

Dealing in the shares commenced on Thursday 16 February 2006. The shares have
been issued in order to satisfy the exercise of options.
